After working in the corporate HVAC environment for years, owner Jimmy Clonce was interested in providing a more personal level of customer service to HVAC clients. He decided to start his own company and improve his customers' experiences.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Synergy differentiates itself from our competition by hiring the best technicians and maintaining rigorous standards for customer service and performance. We want our customers to have a personal, comfortable interaction when they use our services. We want them to feel valued and listened to.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in Nashville, Tennessee. We would love to expand in the future.

We are available 24 hours a day.
