How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for over 30 years, but we have been open in the Nashville market for just over 3 weeks.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary product is hats. We specialize in all of the different hat and cap styles. Our store can help all to wear hats. Even those who claim to not be hat people just haven't found the correct hat yet, and that's where we come in.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've always been interested in hats. It's a call back to a time that for some reason has passed. It was a time when everyone was slightly better dressed than they are now.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are primarily different from other businesses in our category in our level of customer service. Coming into Mister Hats, you will receive the best level of customer service in any shopping experience. Mister Hats' staff will help you pick up the hat that is the perfect style and fit for you.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 2 locations, and we are looking to grow.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are located at 921 Gallatin Ave. in East Nashville. We are about 200 yards past Eastland heading away from downtown. We are very close to the East Nashville Kroger.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, and of course we accept cash.
Which areas do you service?
We service the entire city of Nashville. If you're too far to drive, you can also check us out online at www.mrhats.com.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The Lansky family of Memphis owns the company, and we have a store manager here who runs the day to day business.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Saturday from 10AM -6PM.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment that anyone can give is a referral because that means they were so happy with the level of service they were given they decided to tell others.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
My favorite quote comes from the original Mister Hats himself. I like it because it truly embodies his belief in the business. "If you want the latest, then shop the greatest at Mister Hats."
