How long have you been in business?
We first opened our carpet cleaning business in Donelson, a Nashville suburb, in 1991. Since then, we have grown to expanded into approximately 15 other cities in Tennessee, like Knoxville, Chattanooga and Murfreesboro. But Nashville will always be home!
What is your primary product or service?
Our specialty is carpet cleaning. The founder of our company invented a cleaning product that dries much faster than anything else on the market. Because it dries more quickly, our crews do not need as much time to care for your carpets. We are able to pass these savings on to our customers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The first big difference is experience - we've been doing this for 25 years. Second, our cleaning agent is the hands down the best product on the market. Third, we have stayed local. In all the cities we expanded into, we partnered with local owners, so we continue to be locally-owned and operated wherever we are located.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I personally own the Nashville office, serving the Davidson county metro area...and also the Lebanon office, which also services Mt Juliet. I am from this area, I run my business in this area, and I want to stay here and continue to support the Nashville community.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Our promise to customers is to be a reliable and dependable cleaning service with excellent results. I think our carpet cleaning delivers on that promise. Many of our customers are our friends from the community, church, my kids school - so it is important to us to to provide that level of quality and service.
