How long have you been in business?
The TKF was originally established in 1969. In December, 2009 The National Kidney Foundation of Middle Tennessee merged into the Tennessee Kidney Foundation. (No longer an affiliate of the National Kidney Foundation)
What is your primary product or service?
Our mission is to improve the health and well being of Tennesseans affected by kidney disease through education, prevention, treatment and promotion of organ donation. The TKF sponsors a wide variety of patient and community services including: Kidney Awareness Risk Evaluation (KARE) - a free one day health screening, Patient Emergency Assistance Program , Nutritional Supplement program for dialysis and transplant patients.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been affiliated with the TKF for over 17 years. I was named CEO in November 2005. My background is in business and marketing.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a full state agency and work to improve the health and well being of Tennesseans. 100% of our funds stay in Tennessee.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one major location in Nashville and have a consultant in the Tri-Cities Market.

We are located at 95 White Bridge Road, Suite 300. If you are coming from the interstate towards Harding Road we are just before you get to J. Alexanders Restaurant.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept donations in cash, check or credit card.

Teresa Davidson is the CEO of the TKF and runs the daily operations

We are open M-F 830am - 430pm
